Olivarum primarily selects and sells extra virgin olive oils and related products.

We aim to describe each product accurately, including producer, origin, cultivar, format and harvest where applicable.

Product images are illustrative and minor differences in packaging or labelling may occur.

3. Orders and formation of the contract

Products displayed on the website constitute an invitation to place an order.

After completing checkout, you will receive an electronic confirmation containing the details of your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases including product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud or inability to deliver.

Where an order is cancelled after payment, amounts already charged will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time of purchase.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.

For certain international destinations, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply unless otherwise stated.

5. Availability

Many oils selected by Olivarum are produced in limited quantities and may only be available for part of the year.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item where appropriate.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery destinations, costs and estimated times are provided during checkout or in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Where delivery is arranged by Olivarum, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

7. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers purchasing online normally have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

8. Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.

9. Gifting and personalisation

Corporate and private gifting projects may involve dedicated packaging, personalised messages, multiple deliveries or other customised requirements.

Clearly personalised products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where provided by law.

Editorial content, tasting notes and serving suggestions do not replace mandatory product information.
