With a label inspired by the color of the earth where the plants live, it is extracted from Frantoio olives.
On the nose, it presents an intense, green, and fresh fruitiness, with hints of grass and almond, banana, and spices. On the palate, sweet and bitter notes intertwine in perfect balance, converging on an explosive and enveloping spiciness in the finish, extremely elegant and harmonious. The flavors evoke memories of green banana, fresh almond, and artichoke notes, with a playful, well-measured dusting of black pepper.
Impetuous in its solemn embrace, with a long persistence, appropriate both for tastings on its own, as well as for more complex preparations and as a raw finishing touch to dishes.
