Grand Cru is our flagship extra virgin olive oil: an oil obtained from a blend of varieties, harvested very early, that fully expresses the character of the territory.
On the nose it releases a decisive and broad profile, with vegetal hints of artichoke and chicory, enriched by notes of mint, rosemary and sage.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, complex, and structured: notes of lettuce and thistle are evident, followed by hints of black pepper, cinnamon, and almond; the bitterness is powerful and the spiciness is pronounced, with a decisive finish.

Golden yellow in color with greenish highlights, clear oil; on the nose, distinct aromas of artichoke, chicory, and aromatic herbs (mint, rosemary, sage); on the palate, a full, complex flavor with notes of lettuce, thistle, almond, and spices (black pepper, cinnamon), a powerful bitterness and marked spiciness, with persistence and character.
Excellent with octopus appetizers, Chianina beef carpaccio with porcini mushrooms, grilled spinach or radicchio salads, legume soups, pasta dishes with ragù, au gratin blue fish, red or stewed meats, and mature cheeses. It pairs well with both cold and hot dishes, and is suitable for medium-long, high-temperature cooking.
