Vert Cévennes
A product of Domaine La Magnanerie, located in Orgnac l'Aven, in the Ardèche region of France. This cuvée is made from a blend of Rougette, Picholine, and Callian olive varieties, grown on soils of Tertiary red clay and Urgonian limestone.
The olives are harvested at the end of October, then selected, washed, and processed without storage, using a continuous process that involves crushing with knives, a brief malaxation, double centrifugation, and direct filtration.

On the nose, it presents vegetal notes of olive leaf; on the palate, hints of green almond and red fruits emerge, with a slight bitterness and a peppery finish.
